There are many different types of boilers however the first sign that your boiler is not working will often be a change from the usual display colour along with an error code.

What to do if you have hot water problems
- Call our heading engineers on 020 3332 0326
- If you are able to, you could turn off the main stop tap where the water comes in to your property. Often, this is under the kitchen sink.
- If you have a cold water tank turn off the stopcock.
- Drain the system by switching on the taps and flushing the toilets.
- Turn on the hot taps to drain the system.
- Switch off the electrics in case of water leaks in order to avoid electrocution.
